ORDER FULFILMENT:
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. In general, please allow up to 5 business days for fulfilment / shipment of orders and note that certain drops may have their own fulfilment timelines listed in the item description at the time of purchase.
Depending on the stock location(s) of items in your order, you may be receiving more than one shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was sent. Please contact us at studio@thesecretwalls.com with details of the product and photos attached should you receive a damaged item.
Secret Walls is not responsible for any items delayed, lost, stolen or damaged during domestic or international transit once shipped. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately and attempt to amend the situation. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International shipping can often encounter delays and added fees particularly at customs offices. ALL international customers are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of their destination country. Secret Walls does NOT have control of or insights into international customs duties, additional fees, or speed of overseas shipments once fulfilled - please follow up with your local post office if your product gets held up.
